  1. View File NPCs Travel - Male Takeover, Outfits Fixes and Remove Holotape Description NPCs Travel is an essential mod to populate the Commonwealth. But as a gaymer, I would like to only see the male ones traveling around. Besides, I also fixed a minor bug regarding the outfits and integrated some vanilla clothings and armors leveled lists into the outfit leveled lists, so that if we use some leveled lists injection or manual edits, then those NPCs from NPCs Travel can also have access to mod-added outfits. Last, I have included an optional file which prevents the holotape from automatically being added to your inventory when you start a new game as well as removes it from Chem Station crafting list. This is used to pair with NPCs Travel - MCM Settings Menu. Requirements NPCs Travel by win2009 Installation There are 3 files to install. They are independent to each other but do compliment with each other, so choose the one(s) as you prefer. 1. NPCs Travel - Male Takeover Soft Requirement: More Different Male Face + All Male Takeover 1.0.6 by @love7732851. If you don't have that mod installed, then Raiders, Gunners and Harbormen might spawn as females. This file by itself will make most of the human NPCs in NPCs Travel become males. This mod doesn't overwrite any vanilla records, and thus if you want all the NPCs in NPCs Travel spawning as male, then you are supposed to have "More Different Male Face + All Male Takeover" installed as well. If used on a current playthrough, then it will need several in-game days for NPCs to reset. 2. NPCs Travel - Outfits Fixes Fixes a bug that Children of Atom might spawn withou any outfits. Integrates some vanilla clothings and armors leveled lists for all the NPCs in NPCs Travel. As a result, these NPCs will have access to the mod-added outfits if you use a lot of leveled lists injection or leveled lists manual hard edits. We can see a lot of men traveling around the Commonwealth with more diversity of apparels. Optional in FOMOD installation: Removes all the headwears, eyewears and masks from some NPCs in NPCs Travel. Therefore, we can see their faces clearly. This optional plugin only works for some NPCs in NPCs Travels, otherwise it will require to overwrite some vanilla records which is prevented in this mod. But I do have a plan to apply this to all the vanilla random NPCs. 3. NPCs Travel - Remove Holotape This file does what it says in its title. It will prevent the holotape of NPCs Travel from automatically being added into your inventory upon a new game. Besides, it also removes it from Chem Station crafting list. This is only intended to pair with NPCs Travel - MCM Settings Menu. Submitter g12 Submitted 02/28/2023 Category Fallout 4 Created by

  3. Yes, the optional plugin which controls instance naming has dependency on ECO.
  4. That is so strange. I can't figure out why it can cause crash. FO4Edit tells me that there is no error or circular leveled lists.
  5. I guess the problem is that I have removed those "crafting plan" from original mod but the game is still trying to fetch those files. And since those files are not in the esp anymore, it might cause crash. But this problem shouldnt happen on a brand new game (or a current game where original mod is never installed before). The solution is that delete the "NCRArmourPack.esl" from my mod. Thus the original mod esl is not overwritten and it should prevent the crash. I have checked other esps in my mod and I dont think they can cause any crash.
  6. View File Capital Wasteland Raider Pack for Atomic Muscle Capital Wasteland Raider Pack for Atomic Muscle Legacy version can be found here. Requirements Capital Wasteland Raider Pack by GrilledTurkey Atomic Muscle 2.0+ by Ulfberto Installation First, install original mod. Then install this mod by mod manager and let it overwrite original mod. All the esps in my mod are esl-flagged. Bodyslide files are uploaded as a seperate file, and only download it if you need. Contents 5 outfits and 5 helmets. Remove new NPCs and leveled list injection: You have to select at least one option in this group during FOMOD installation. Original mod adds several new Raider NPCs with new hairstyles which can affect game performance (Check comment section of original mod). Besides, it also adds its items into the final outfit leveled list of Raiders, which will dominate the outfit pool for Raiders. Therefore, I have provided 4 options as below in case that you don't want to use these features from original mod. The options for removal only work on a new game or a current playthrough where original mod has never been installed. Keep both new NPCs and leveled list injection. Remove new NPCs only. Remove leveled list injection only. Remove both new NPCs and leveled list injection. (The one I am using) Tweak and Fix: Optional in FOMOD installation. This optional plugin adds legendary slots and railroad weave support to some items, adds instance naming rules to all the items, makes all the items Nick Valentine wearable, adjusts some attributes of all the items to match vanilla ones, adds some missing keywords and adds lining options to all the helmets. Atomic Muscle Expansion: Optional in FOMOD installation. Adds 15 skimpy and revealing variants of Capital Wasteland Raider Pack, as well as adds items from original mod into Chem Station crafting lists. Atomic Muscle Expansion - Leveled List Injection: Optional in FOMOD installation. Requires my Leveled List Injection Core File (Hard Requirement) for script file and my Outfit Leveled Lists Expansion Framework (Soft Requirement) for leveled list fixes (If you don't use this framework, then after a certain level, The Forged will only use these outfits instead of vanilla ones and some Raiders will not have access to these outfits anymore). This file injects standalone version outfits into basegame leveled lists. All the outfits are injected into leveled lists of Raiders and The Forged. They will start to spawn from level 14. The helmets have 25% chance to spawn only with these outfits. Get in Game Only available if you install Atomic Muscle Expansion: Chem Station under "(Atomic Muscle) Capital Wasteland Raider Pack". Type in console "Help CWRaider 4 FLST". Then there will be 3 Form ID lists for you to quickly add all the outfits into your inventory. Notes There are inevitable clippings around arms when characters aiming or posing. Credits @ Ulfberto and folks in Bearhood of Steel discord providing guidance on Blender. Male Presets by @ Darnexx Permission You have permission to do anything with this mod as long as within VectorPlexus website or Ulf's discord, and you must credit GrilledTurkey in the first place. 8. Description A cheatsheet which covers leveled lists for armors, clothings and headwears for different factions in basegame. Please make sure to check "Caveat" under each leveled list entry. Leveled lists for DLC factions, some vendors and some containers are not covered yet. Power Armor leveled lists are not considered. Non-Human NPCs are not considered either. Highly recommended mods which contain some fixes to vanilla leveled lists: Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch + Leveled Item Framework + Fixes and Tweaks by Aurelianis (or simply Wastelander Outfit UFO4P Patch). Highly recommended mod by me Outfit Leveled Lists Expansion Framework which expands some leveled lists for more NPCs as well as provides some crucial fixes to some apparel leveled lists. There are a lot of obsolete leveled lists in basegame which are not being used by any NPCs and they are not listed in this article either, such as "LL_Armor_VaultTecSecurity111 [LVLI:0019E248]" and "LLS_Armor_BoSPilot_Suit_01_Helmets [LVLI:0012BC9D]". The leveled lists in Green Color are those frequently used ones. The leveled lists with strikethrough are forbidden ones. Minutemen LL_Minutemen_Outfit [LVLI:000B23D2] Default: Minutemen Outfit Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears. LL_Minutemen_Clothes_Other [LVLI:001CA153] Default: Scavenger Outfit, Radstag Hide Outfit, Explorer Outfit, Patched Three-Piece Suit, ... ... Note: This leveled list is not recommended because there are many vanilla items inside it which will reduce the spawning chance of our injected items. Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears. LL_Minutemen_Clothes [LVLI:001CA152] Default: LL_Minutemen_Clothes [LVLI:001CA152] + LL_Minutemen_Clothes_Other [LVLI:001CA153] Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears. You can inject your outfits for Minutemen directly into this leveled list instead of "LL_Minutemen_Outfit [LVLI:000B23D2]" for a bit higher spawning chance. LL_Clothes_Underarmor_Minutemen [LVLI:001BF0CB] Default: Athletic Outfit, Flannel Shirt Note: This leveled list is used in "LL_Minutemen_Armored [LVLI:001BF0CC]" to spawn with other armor pieces. Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears or any of [41]|[42]|[43]|[44]|[45] slots. LL_Minutemen_Armored [LVLI:001BF0CC] Caveat: Don't inject anything to this leveled list, because it has "Use All" flag which might cause naked body or other issues, unless you are sure what you would like to do (For example, you might want to inject some accessories to this kind of leveled lists, but generally it is recommended to keep this kind of leveled list intact). LL_Minutemen_Clothes_or_Armor [LVLI:001BF0CD] Default: LL_Minutemen_Clothes [LVLI:001CA152] *3, LL_Minutemen_Armored [LVLI:001BF0CC] Note: This is the final leveled list which determintes the outfits for Minutemen. Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears. You can inject your outfits for Minutemen directly into this leveled list instead of "LL_Minutemen_Clothes [LVLI:001CA152]" for higher spawning chance. LL_Clothes_MinutemenHat [LVLI:0012A220] Default: Trilby Hat, Newsboy Cap, Battered Fedora, ... ... Caveat: Only inject headwears. LL_Armor_Minutemen_LegLeft25 [LVLI:001BF0C6] | LL_Armor_Minutemen_LegRight25 [LVLI:001BF0C7] | LL_Armor_Minutemen_Torso50 [LVLI:001BF0CA] | LL_Armor_Minutemen_ArmRight25 [LVLI:001BF0C9] | LL_Armor_Minutemen_ArmLeft25 [LVLI:001BF0C8] Default: Leather armor piece from level 1, Metal armor piece from level 10. The spawning chance is 25% and it can't be increased (but can be decreased by setting a value at "Chance None"). Note: You can inject your armor pieces into these leveled lists, so they will only spawn on Minutemen, but they will not be added into legendary loot pool. Or you can also inject your armor pieces into leather armor or metal armor leveled lists which have wider cover of different factions (as well as automatically inject into legendary loot pool). Caveat: Only inject correct corresponding armor piece into these leveled lists. For example, only inject left leg armor piece (Only has [44] slot) into "LL_Armor_Minutemen_LegLeft25 [LVLI:001BF0C6]" leveled list. LLS_Armor_MinutemenPilot_Helmet [LVLI:001B34E1] Default: Flight Helmets, Welding Goggles Note: Leveled list for Minutemen Pilot, rarely used. Caveat: Only inject headwears. BoS LLI_Armor_BoSUniform [LVLI:00223334] Default: Brotherhood Fatigues Note: This is the outfit for BoS soldiers, spawning from level 1. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. LLI_Armor_BoSCombatArmor_Outfit [LVLI:00076A28] Default: BoS Uniform + BoS Combat Armor set Note: This is the outfit for BoS soldiers, spawning from level 17. Caveat: Don't inject anything to this leveled list, because it has "Use All" flag which might cause naked body or other issues, unless you are sure what you would like to do (For example, you might want to inject some accessories to this kind of leveled lists, but generally it is recommended to keep this kind of leveled list intact). Use the leveled list below to inject outfit for BoS soldier for a different spawning level. LLI_BoSSoldierOutfit [LVLI:00223335] Default: LLI_Armor_BoSUniform [LVLI:00223334] + LLI_Armor_BoSCombatArmor_Outfit [LVLI:00076A28] Note: This is the final outfit leveled list for BoS soldiers. If you don't have "Leveled Item Framework" installed, then after level 17 the BoS soldiers will only spawn with "LLI_Armor_BoSCombatArmor_Outfit [LVLI:00076A28]". Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. LLI_BoS_CombatArmor_Helmet50 [LVLI:00160153] Default: Combat Armor Helmet (BoS Paint) Note: This is the headwear for BoS soldiers and Teagon. The chance is 50% and it can't be increased (but can be decreased by setting a value at "Chance None"). Caveat: Only inject headwears. LLS_BoS_CombatArmor_Torso [LVLI:00084426] | LL_Armor_Combat_LegLeft_BoS [LVLI:0017B0A5] | LL_Armor_Combat_LegRight_BoS [LVLI:0017B0B5] | LL_Armor_Combat_ArmLeft_BoS [LVLI:00121FC0] | LL_Armor_Combat_ArmRight_BoS [LVLI:0017B096] | LL_Armor_Combat_Torso_BoS [LVLI:0017B0C9] Default: Combat Armor pieces (BoS Paint), light from level 1, medium from level 29 and heavy from level 41. Caveat: Don't inject any armor pieces into these leveled lists unless you are familiar with "Object Template". These leveled lists require keyword "if_tmp_armor_Material_0B_Restricted [KYWD:0017B089]" to be present in at least one existing object template. If there is no such template, then the armor will fail to spawn and might cause problems. Use the leveled lists below if you want to inject armor pieces for BoS soldiers and Teagon. LLS_BoS_CombatArmor_Torso [LVLI:00084426] | LLI_BoS_CombatArmor_Arms50 [LVLI:0016014F] | LLI_BoS_CombatArmor_Legs50 [LVLI:00160152] Default: Combat Armor pieces (BoS Paint). Note: The armor pieces injected into these leveled lists will only spawn on BoS soldiers and Teagon, and will not be added into legendary loot pool. Caveat: "LLS_BoS_CombatArmor_Torso [LVLI:00084426] " accepts only [41]. "LLI_BoS_CombatArmor_Arms50 [LVLI:0016014F]" accepts [42] or [43] or [42][43]. "LLI_BoS_CombatArmor_Legs50 [LVLI:00160152]" accepts [44] or [45] or [44][45]. LLS_Armor_BoSPilot_Suit_01_Suits [LVLI:0012BC9B] Default: Bomber Jacket Note: This is the outfit for BoS pilots. Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears. LLS_Armor_BoSPilot_Suit_01_Helmets_50 [LVLI:0012BC9C] Default: Flight Helmet Note: This is the headwear for BoS pilots. The chance is 50% and it can't be increased (but can be decreased by setting a value at "Chance None"). Caveat: Only inject headwears. LL_Armor_BoSPilot_Suit_01_HelmetsPossible [LVLI:0012BC9A] Default: LLS_Armor_BoSPilot_Suit_01_Suits [LVLI:0012BC9B] + LLS_Armor_BoSPilot_Suit_01_Helmets_50 [LVLI:0012BC9C] Note: This is the outfit for BoS pilots. Use the leveled list below to inject outfit for BoS pilots. LLI_Armor_BoSPilot_Outfit [LVLI:0012BC99] Default: LL_Armor_BoSPilot_Suit_01_HelmetsPossible [LVLI:0012BC9A] Note: This is the final outfit record for BoS pilots. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. The chance is 50% and it can't be increased (but can be decreased by setting a value at "Chance None"). Caveat: Only inject headwears. Wastelander & Scavenger LL_Clothes_Scavenger_Hat_50 [LVLI:001C269E] Default: Trilby Hat, Newsboy Cap, Green Rag Hat, ... ... Note: Headwears for some Scavengers and Wastelanders. The chance is 50% and it can't be increased (but can be decreased by setting a value at "Chance None"). Caveat: Only inject headwears. LL_Armor_Wastelander [LVLI:001BE3F0] Default: Radstag Hide Outfit, Explorer Outfit, ... ... Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears. LL_Clothes_Underarmor_Wastelander [LVLI:001BE3F1] Default: Harness, Road Leathers, Undershirt & Jeans Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears or any of [41]|[42]|[43]|[44]|[45] slots. LL_Armor_Wastelander_Combined [LVLI:001BE3F2] | LL_Armor_Leather_Wastelander25 [LVLI:001BE3EF] | LL_Armor_Wastelander_Leather [LVLI:001BE3F4] | LL_Clothes_Wastelander_With_Hat [LVLI:001C269C] Caveat: Don't use these leveled lists due to "Use All" flag. If you want to inject armor pieces for Wastelander or Scavenger, inject them into Leather Armor leveled lists instead. LL_Clothes_Wastelander [LVLI:001BE3ED] Default: Leather Coat, Traveling Leather Coat, Patched Three-Piece Suit, ... ... Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. LL_Clothes_Wastelander_Hat [LVLI:001C269B] Default: Trilby Hat, Newsboy Cap, Green Rag Hat, Battered Fedora Caveat: Only inject headwears. LL_Clothes_Wastelander_No_Hat [LVLI:001C269D] Default: Patched Three-Piece Suit, Surveyor Outfit, Padded Blue Jacket, ... ... Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears. LL_Scavenger_Outfit [LVLI:001BE3F3] Default: LL_Armor_Wastelander_Combined [LVLI:001BE3F2], LL_Armor_Wastelander_Leather [LVLI:001BE3F4] Note: Final outfit leveled list for Scavenger. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. LL_Wastelander_Outfit [LVLI:001C2699] Default: LL_Clothes_Wastelander_With_Hat [LVLI:001C269C]*2, LL_Armor_Wastelander_Combined [LVLI:001BE3F2], LL_Clothes_Wastelander [LVLI:001BE3ED] Note: Final outfit leveled list for most Wastelander. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. Raider LL_Armor_Raider_Underwear [LVLI:0008212C] Default: Long Johns, Harness, Road Leathers, Raider Leathers Note: This is the underarmor leveled list for almost all the raiders, which is paired to spawn with armor pieces. Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears or any of [41]|[42]|[43]|[44]|[45] slots. LL_Armor_Piecemeal_Helmets [LVLI:001A72C9] Default: Gas Mask, Welding Goggles, ... ... Note: This is the headwears leveled list for almost all the raiders. Caveat: Only inject headwears. LL_Armor_Raider_Helmets [LVLI:001EA891] Default: Gas Mask, Welding Goggles, ... ... Note: This is the headwears leveled list for raiders between level 4 and level 14. Caveat: Only inject headwears. LLI_Armor_Raider01 [LVLI:001EA888] | LLI_Armor_Raider02b-3 [LVLI:001EA889] | LLI_Armor_Raider_Regular_New [LVLI:001A72CA] Default: Combination of Raider Armor set, Raider Underarmor and Raider Headwear. Caveat: Don't use these leveled lists due to "Use All" flag. LLI_Armor_Raider [LVLI:001EA88C] Default: LLI_Armor_Raider01 [LVLI:001EA888] + LLI_Armor_Raider02b-3 [LVLI:001EA889] + LLI_Armor_Raider_Regular_New [LVLI:001A72CA] Note: This is the final outfit leveled list for almost all the raiders and is quite tricky to use it. Due to the missing level flag in this leveled list, the raider outfits are divided into level 1, 4 and 14 three tiers. That is to say, if a raider has its level between level 4 and 14, then it will only use the second tier outfit leveled list. After level 14, all the raiders will only use the third tier outfit leveled list. So pay attention to what you inject into this leveled list and make sure to give it a proper level. The last thing is that, if you directly inject your outfit into this leveled list, it will have 50% chance (or lower depending on how many items) to spawn compared to vanilla one, which could dominate the outfit pool of raiders and hence has an adverse effect on outfit variety. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. LLI_Armor_Raider_Boss_Outfit [LVLI:000DF24A] Default: Drifter Outfit, Spike Armor, ... ... Note: This is the final outfit leveled list for some named raider Bosses and unnamed ones. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. LL_Armor_Raider_ArmLeft [LVLI:001EA88D] | LL_Armor_Raider_ArmRight [LVLI:001EA88E] | LL_Armor_Raider_LegLeft [LVLI:001EA88F] | LL_Armor_Raider_LegRight [LVLI:001EA890] | LL_Armor_Raider_Torso [LVLI:001EA892] Default: Leather and Raider armor piece from level 1, Metal armor piece from level 9. Note: These are the armor pieces leveled lists for Raiders before level 14. You can inject your armor pieces into these leveled lists, so they will only spawn on Raiders, but they will not be added into legendary loot pool. Or you can also inject your armor pieces into Leather armor or Raider armor or Metal armor leveled lists which have wider cover of different factions (as well as automatically inject into legendary loot pool). Caveat: Only inject correct corresponding armor piece into these leveled lists. For example, only inject left leg armor piece (Only has [44] slot) into "LL_Armor_Raider_LegLeft [LVLI:001EA88F]" leveled list. LL_Armor_Piecemeal_Torso [LVLI:0007BB0F] | LL_Armor_Piecemeal_ArmLeft [LVLI:0007BB10] | LL_Armor_Piecemeal_ArmRight [LVLI:0007BB11] | LL_Armor_Piecemeal_LegLeft [LVLI:0007BB12] | LL_Armor_Piecemeal_LegRight [LVLI:0007BB13] Default: Leather and Raider armor piece from level 1, Metal armor piece from level 9, Combat armor piece from level 17. Note: These are the armor pieces leveled lists for Raiders after level 14. You can inject your armor pieces into these leveled lists, so they will only spawn on Raiders, but they will not be added into legendary loot pool. Or you can also inject your armor pieces into Leather armor or Raider armor or Metal armor or Combat armor leveled lists which have wider cover of different factions (as well as automatically inject into legendary loot pool). Caveat: Only inject correct corresponding armor piece into these leveled lists. LL_Armor_Piecemeal_Set_Partial_AlwaysTorso [LVLI:0007BB21] | LL_Armor_Piecemeal_Set_Partial_And_Underwear_Raider [LVLI:0007BB23] Caveat: Don't use these leveled lists due to "Use All" flag. Gunner LL_Armor_Gunner_Facegear_50 [LVLI:0022B63A] Default: Sunglasses, Patrolman Sunglasses, ... ... Note: This is the headwears (Not helmets or hats) leveled list for Gunners. The chance is 50% and it can't be increased (but can be decreased by setting a value at "Chance None"). Caveat: Only inject headwears which have any of the [47]|[48]|[49]|[50] slot(s). LLI_Armor_Gunner_Headgear_Less_33 [LVLI:0022B63E] Default: Military Cap, Dirty Army Helmet Note: This is the headwears (Only helmets or hats) leveled list for Gunners. The chance is 33% and it can't be increased (but can be decreased by setting a value at "Chance None"). Caveat: Only inject headwears which have any of the [30]|[31]|[46] slot(s). LL_Armor_Leather_Torso50 [LVLI:0022B63B] Default: Leather armor torso part Note: These is the torso armor piece leveled list for Gunners before level 20. You can inject your armor pieces into this leveled list, so they will only spawn on Gunners, but they will not be added into legendary loot pool. Or you can also inject your armor pieces into leather armor leveled lists which have wider cover of different factions (as well as automatically inject into legendary loot pool). Caveat: Only inject torso armor piece which has [41] slot. LLI_Armor_Gunner_Uniform_Low [LVLI:00237E4D] Default: Dirty Army Fatigues, Gunner Guard Outfit, ... ... Note: This is the outfit leveled list for Gunners before level 20. Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears or any of [41]|[42]|[43]|[44]|[45] slots. LL_Armor_Gunner01 [LVLI:0022B63C] Default: LL_Armor_Gunner_Facegear_50 [LVLI:0022B63A] + LLI_Armor_Gunner_Headgear_Less_33 [LVLI:0022B63E] + LL_Armor_Leather_Torso50 [LVLI:0022B63B] + LLI_Armor_Gunner_Uniform_Low [LVLI:00237E4D] Note: This is the final outfit set for Gunners before level 20. Caveat: Don't use this leveled list due to "Use All" flag. LLI_Armor_Gunner_Uniform_High [LVLI:0022B638] Default: Dirty Army Fatigues, Gunner Harness, ... ... Note: This is the outfit leveled list for Gunners after level 20. Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include any of [41]|[42]|[43]|[44]|[45] slots. Can include headwears. LLI_Armor_Gunner_Outfit [LVLI:000FD39C] Default: Combat Armor set + LLI_Armor_Gunner_Uniform_High [LVLI:0022B638] Note: This is the final outfit set for Gunners after level 20. Caveat: Don't use this leveled list due to "Use All" flag. LLI_Underarmor_Gunner [LVLI:0022522A] Default: Gunner Guard Outfit, Gunner Harness, Gunner Flannel Note: This is the final outfit set for some legendary Gunners and some named Gunner NPCs. Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears or any of [41]|[42]|[43]|[44]|[45] slots. LLI_Armor_Gunner_Outfit_All [LVLI:0018843C] Default: Combat Armor set + LLI_Underarmor_Gunner [LVLI:0022522A] Caveat: Don't use this leveled list due to "Use All" flag. LLI_Armor_Gunner_AllLevels [LVLI:00231FE7] | LLI_Armor_Gunner_Boss [LVLI:00247556] Default: LL_Armor_Gunner01 [LVLI:0022B63C] before level 20, LLI_Armor_Gunner_Outfit [LVLI:000FD39C] after level 20. Note: This is the final outfit leveled list for almost all the Gunners and is quite tricky to use it. Due to the missing level flag in this leveled list, the gunner outfits are divided into level 1 and 20 two tiers. That is to say, if a Gunner has its level lower than 20, then it will only use the first tier outfit leveled list. After level 20, all the Gunners will only use the second tier outfit leveled list. So pay attention to what you inject into this leveled list and make sure to give it a proper level. The last thing is that, if you directly inject your outfit into this leveled list, it will have 50% chance (or lower depending on how many items) to spawn compared to vanilla one, which could dominate the outfit pool of Gunners and hence has an adverse effect on outfit variety. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. CoA LLI_ChildrenOfAtom_Clothes [LVLI:0022CDF1] Default: CoA Clothes *9 Note: This is the final outfit leveled list for Children of Atom. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. Settler LL_Clothing_Settler_Underwear [LVLI:001AC0B8] Default: Athletic Outfit, Undershirt & Jeans, Flannel Shirt Note: Outfit for Settlers. Make sure you are using Wastelander Outfit UFO4P Patch or Fixes and Tweaks by Aurelianis, otherwise most Settlers will not use this leveled list. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. Resident LL_Clothes_Resident [LVLI:000D34F1] Default: Mechanic Jumpsuit, Patched Three-Piece Suit, Undershirt & Jeans, ... ... Note: This is the final outfit leveled list for resident and workshop vendors' containers. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. Railroad LL_Armor_Railroad [LVLI:001ABC6B] Default: Railroad Armored Coat MK I - V Note: This leveled list is a bit tricky due to missing level flag. That is to say, if you only inject outfits with spawning set at level 1, then after level 14 those outfits will not spawn anymore. I am planning to release a fix for this. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. LL_Clothing_Cosmetic_OnePiece [LVLI:0011A36D] Default: Army Fatigues, Mechanic Jumpsuit, ... ... Note: Outfit for Railroad HQ NPCs and Pilots, rarely used. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. DC Guard LL_Armor_DCGuard_Torso [LVLI:001A7DBA] Default: DC Guard Umpire's Pads Note: Torso armor for DC Guards. Caveat: Only inject [41] slot. The Forged LL_Armor_Forged [LVLI:00131059] Default: Drifter Outfit, Cage Armor, Spike Armor Note: Outfit for The Forged. Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears. LL_Armor_Forged_Helmets [LVLI:0013105A] Default: Metal Helmets, Welding Goggles, ... ... Note: Headwears for The Forged. The chance is 50% and it can't be increased (but can be decreased by setting a value at "Chance None"). Caveat: Only inject headwears. Triggerman LL_Armor_Triggerman_SuitsA [LVLI:0020A6FB] | LL_Armor_Triggerman_SuitsB [LVLI:0020A6FA] Default: Suits Note: Outfits for Triggerman. Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears. LL_Armor_Triggerman [LVLI:000EBE8E] Default: Patched Three-Piece Suit, Black Vest and Slacks, Suspenders and Slacks, LL_Armor_Triggerman_SuitsA [LVLI:0020A6FB], LL_Armor_Triggerman_SuitsB [LVLI:0020A6FA] Note: Final outfit leveled list for Triggerman. You can inject into this leveled list instead of those two above for higher spawning chance. Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears. LL_Armor_Triggerman_Hat_75 [LVLI:000C46AC] Default: Worn Fedora, Battered Fedora Note: Headwears for Triggerman. The chance is 75% and it can't be increased (but can be decreased by setting a value at "Chance None"). Caveat: Only inject headwears. Armor Pieces In basegame, for Human NPCs, we only consider Leather Armor, Raider Armor, Metal Armor and Combat Armor. The leveled lists for these single armor pieces are distributed among different factions and will add your injected items into legendary loot pool automatically. The only thing to be attentive is that your item must have corresponding template for light, medium and heavy size variants (Simply by referring to an Armor record of a vanilla armor piece, by comparing its object template with that of your item's). Raider Armor LL_Armor_RaiderMod_Torso_Heavy [LVLI:0018B1C5] | LL_Armor_RaiderMod_Torso_Light [LVLI:0018B1C3] | LL_Armor_RaiderMod_Torso_Medium [LVLI:0018B1C4] ... ... Leather Armor LL_Armor_Leather_ArmRight_Heavy [LVLI:00182EA0] | LL_Armor_Leather_ArmRight_Light [LVLI:00182E9E] | LL_Armor_Leather_ArmRight_Medium [LVLI:00182E9F] ... ... Metal Armor LL_Armor_Metal_LegRight_Heavy [LVLI:00183FE6] | LL_Armor_Metal_LegRight_Light [LVLI:00183FE8] | LL_Armor_Metal_LegRight_Medium [LVLI:00183FE7] ... ... Combat Armor LL_Armor_Combat_ArmLeft_Heavy [LVLI:00184BCE] | LL_Armor_Combat_ArmLeft_Light [LVLI:00184BD0] | LL_Armor_Combat_ArmLeft_Medium [LVLI:00184BCF] ... ... Others LL_Clothes_InstituteRefugee [LVLI:001AD4CC] Default: Dirty Institute Lab Coat *4 Note: This is the final outfit leveled list for Institute Refugee, a random NPC from Minutemen radiant quest. Caveat: Must be an outfit. Can include headwear or armor piece. LL_Clothing_Cosmetic_Eyewear_25 [LVLI:0011A36F] Default: Wraparound Goggles, Welding Goggles, ... ... Note: Eyewears for some prewar Cultists, rarely used. Chance is 25%. Caveat: Only inject [47] slot. LL_Clothing_Cosmetic_Headgear [LVLI:00100ABE] Default: Trilby Hat, Newsboy Cap, ... ... Note: Headwears (Excluding eye part) for some prewar Cultists, rarely used. Caveat: Only inject headwears without [47] slot. LL_Clothing_General_Underwear [LVLI:0011A36A] Default: Long Johns, Harness, Road Leathers, ... ... Note: Outfits for some prewar Cultists, rarely used. Caveat: Don't inject outfits which include headwears. Some containers & vendors LL_Clothes_Any [LVLI:00067390] Default: 71 outfits and headwears Note: This is the leveled list for some containers and vendors. Caveat: Anything. LL_Clothes_Institute [LVLI:001A6B10] Default: Cleanroom Suit, Institute Jumper, Institute Lab Coat Note: This is the leveled list for Institute locker. Caveat: Anything. LL_Institute_Locker [LVLI:001E2D8C] Default: Stimpak, Caps, Courser Uniform, ... ... Note: This is the leveled list for Institute locker. Caveat: Anything. LL_Clothes_Prewar [LVLI:0019DE9D] Default: 53 outfits and headwears Note: This is the leveled list for some containers and vendors. Caveat: Anything. LLI_Loot_Clothes_Any_Basic [LVLI:000D6E6A] | LLI_Loot_Clothes_Any_Rare [LVLI:000D6E6E] Default: Many items Note: This is the leveled list for some containers. Caveat: Anything. LLI_Vendor_Clothes_Any_Basic [LVLI:00075931] | LLI_Vendor_Clothes_Any_Rare [LVLI:0007593B] Default: Many items Note: This is the leveled list for some vendors. Caveat: Anything.

Besides, it also expands the leveled lists for more NPCs and hence contributes to more varied leveled list injection. Without other injection, this framework barely changes what NPCs wear by itself. Generally this framework can be considered as a bug fix mod and optionally serve as a modder resource. Requirement Fallout 4 basegame + Automatron + Nuka World + Far Harbor. 11. Update 19/02/23: Fixed a severe bug which can cause game crash in "Atomic Muscle Expansion - Leveled List Injection", where I accidentally put a circular leveled list which should never be allowed to happen. If you encounter any ambiguous buffout crash log but only defines crash reason merely as "EXCEPTION_STACK_OVERFLOW", then it is probably due to a bad leveled list which contains circular leveled list. I have checked all of my leveled list injection files to make sure this will never happen again.

  14. Description A quick fundamental guide to add items into leveled lists via script. This article will only cover how to add some simple apparel items in a leveled list into basegame leveled lists. "Simple" means that the item doesn't have any modification options other than legendary slot and railroad weave option, otherwise it requires some knowledge about "Object Template" and "Initialisation Filter" keyword. For weapons, consumables or other items, the basic procedure is similar but there tend to be some minor differences in details. Leveled List Injection v.s. Leveled List Direct Edit Pros: Highly compatible. Through leveled list injection, we don't bother to resolve conflicts and there is no necessity to build a merged patch file everytime we add a new leveled list mod. Cons: "Irreversible" and "Intangible". It is a bit difficult (and not recommended) to reverse the leveled list injection unless you reload a save before leveled list injection executes or restart a new playthrough completely. Besides, the leveled list injection can be a bit messy if there is a lot, because we are not well aware of the final contents of each leveled list. Therefore, it totally depends on your preference to use leveled list injection or leveled list direct edit. Tools FO4Edit An injection script installed. You can use mine (which I will use as an example in this article), or any other scripts you might find on Nexus. The mod you want to inject installed. Here I will use NCR Outfit Pack as an example because these outfits are suitable as "Simple" items. Optional: An injection template esp plugin. I have created one and I will use it in this article as well. But this is not necessary, just for the sake of convenience. Make sure that only active this template plugin in FO4Edit instead of your load order, so it will not load into your game. Optional: You can check my article about leveled list cheatsheet. Therefore you can quickly grab the leveled lists you want to use. Optional: FO4Edit script to quickly add items into leveled list. Prerequisite Some basic knowledge about "Leveled Item": Link. Steps 1. Open NCRArmourPack.esl and Leveled List Injection Template.esp in FO4Edit. 2. Determine the outfit(s) you want to inject. Here I want to inject these three "Ranger Outfits" into leveled lists of Wastelander & Scavenger and Settler. 3. We must check their supported races, biped slots usage and object template (Or simply by referring to ites attach parent slots). In this case, all these three outfits use [33][50][57] slot. [33] slot is mandatory for an outfit, while [50] slot might have conflicts with some accessories or headwears but should be fine in most cases, and those "Unnamed" slots we can simply ignore them. These outfits don't have any of [41][42][43][44][45] slot(s), so that they can also be injected into some underarmor leveled lists and hence spawn with some random armor pieces. All these three outfits support Human race. All these three outfits are "Simple" ones, due to only one attach parent slot "Railroad Weave". 4. Since that we have decided our items to inject as well as check if they are suitable to inject, now go to my template esp file and expand "Quest" entry. 5. Right click on the first form with EditorID "QUST_G12_LVLIInjection_V2" and select "Copy as a new record into ...". 6. Enter a new EditorID as you prefer but make sure it is quite "unique" so we will not have duplicated EditorIDs (but it should be fine anyway). 7. Click "OK" and then select the same option as the one in the image below. Therefore we will create a new esl-flagged esp file which manages our injection. 8. Give the new esp a name as you prefer. Try to give it a quite "Unique" name otherwise one of the esps with the same name will overwrite the other one. 9. Expand our new esp and expand "Quest" entry. On the right panel, only the fields pointed by the red arrow are modifiable. The other fields must be left intact otherwise the script will fail to execute. 10. First let us modify the "String" field of propertyName "ModName", and "FULL - Name" field. These two fields are arbitrary and you can also leave them empty or intact. They just work as a reminder. 11. You might also want to add a "Message" to pop up in game when the leveled list injection has successfully executed. You can skip this step and jump to 15. if you don't want any message popup in game from your injection. 12. Go back to my template esp file and expand "Message" entry. Right click the message form with EditorID "MESG_G12_Outfit" and select "Copy as a new record into...". Give it a new unique name and then in the next popup menu select the new esp we have created. Now you should have the same result as in the image below. 13. Now we need to write the message we want to see in game. Left click the newly created "Message" form in our injection esp file. On the right panel, enter the text as you prefer in both "Description" and "FULL - Name" fields. This will be the message popping up in game. For other fields such as "TNAM - Display Time" you can modify as you prefer. 14. Now we need to assign our message form into our quest form. Left click our quest form and on the right panel, type the form "fe002002" or the EditorID of your message form in the field "FormID" under "InstalledMessage" propertyName. Now we have finished the message part. 15. Now we will start the essential part of our leveled list injection. Since this article will only cover how to inject "Leveled Item" into "Leveled Item" (the most frequently used one), we need to create a "Leveled Item" form. Right click the name of our injection esp file, select "Add" and on the right menu scroll down until you find "Leveled Item". Select it. 16. Now right click on "Leveled Item" entry, select "Add" and on the right menu select the only option "LVLI - Leveled Item". The popup asks you to enter a new FormID, but we can just keep it default and simply click OK. 17. Now we have created a new form under "Leveled Item" entry. Left click the new form and on the right panel, we should edit these fields first: Set "EditorID" to a string as you want, better a unique one. Set "Chance None" to 0. The field accepts a value between 0-100 and the value indicates the chance that this leveled list will output nothing. In our case, this field must be zero since we are adding outfits for NPCs and we don't want to see naked NPCs (Unless you do want to see naked NPCs). Set "Max Count" to 0. This field is mainly used by containers, loots and vendors as a non-zero value. For apparels which will spawn on NPCs, this field can only be 0. Set "Flags" the same as the image below. The flag "Calculate from all levels <= player's level" means that all the items in this leveled list will be considered once its given level has been reached. For example, if without this flag, the item with lower level will stop spawning once the actors reach the higher level of another item in this leveled list. "Calculate for each item in count" this flag doesn't do things for apparels of NPCs, but it is a good practice to add this flag since we might want to inject this leveled list for containers, loots or others which will utilize this flag. 18. Now we want to add our 3 outfits into this leveled list. You can either use the script I have linked in the "Tools" part or mannually add them under "Leveled List Entries". But before adding items from another mod, we must add that mod as master for our injection esp. Right click the name of our injection esp, select "Add Master" and then select "NCRArmourPack.esl". 19. After adding the mod we want to inject as master, we can add our items into the leveled list. Right click "Leveled List Entries" on the right panel of our leveled item form, and select "Add". Fill these 3 fields "Level", "Reference" and "Count". Set "Level" to 1 if you want this outfit to spawn from game start. Otherwise set another level as you prefer. But make sure there is at least one item with level set as 1 otherwise this leveled list might generate empty output. Set "Reference" to the FormID of the item we want to inject from NCRArmourPack.esl. You can either enter FormID or EditorID. Set "Count" to 1. This field can only be 1 if this leveled list is used for NPC apparels. For containers, vendors or loots, this field can be any non-zero value. Keep "Chance None" as 0 by default. There is also "Chance None" field for each item in each leveled list form. But now we are injecting outfit, so the chance none can only be zero. 20. Now we add another two items and set the level as you prefer. So our final leveled list will be similar like this: To summarize, in the example below, whenever this leveled list is used, it will randomly pick one item from these three entries. In other word, each item will have 33% chance to be selected as the output of our leveled list. If you set the level of these three outfits to 1, 10, 20 for example, then if the actor has its level lower than 10, then this leveled list will only output the item with level 1. If the actor has its level between 10 and 20, the this leveled list will randomly select the item with level 1 or the one with level 10. But if you want that this leveled list follows the progression, such as only outputs the item with the highest possible value, then you should remove the flag "Calculate from all levels <= player's level", which means that after level 20, only the item with level 20 will spawn, while the other two will not spawn anymore. If you want "Ranger Vest Outfit" has a higher spawn chance than the other two for example, you can add another entry under "Leveled List Entries" and set the "Reference" to "Ranger Vest Outfit" and the level and count to 1. By doing so, there are two "Ranger Vest Outfit" in this leveled list and when this leveled list is used, it will have 50% (2/4) chance to select "Ranger Vest Outfit" as output. Do note that you can't simply set the "Count" field to 2 since it will achieve the result in another way. 21. Now we have created our leveled list to inject. Go to our form under "Quest" entry. Left click it and go to "LeveledListArmor" propertyName. The fields under this property determines how we inject our items. This property consists of at least one struct, and each struct will add one leveled list into a basegameone. For each struct, there are 4 members, and the first two members "ArmorLeveledList" and "TargetLeveledList" are mandatory and can't be empty or "Null Reference". The "ArmorLeveledList" is our own leveled list, and "TargetLeveledList" is basegame leveled list, our injection target destination. The last two members "zCountOverride" and "zLevelOverride" are optional (If they are equal to 0 or empty, they will be set to 1 by the script itself), and you can delete any or both of these two member by right clicking on the right side of "Member" if your level or count equal to 1. Do note that, the level here is the global level for our leveled list (Different from those ones we have set inside our leveled list). If you set this level to 10 for example, then our leveled list will not be used until the actor reaches level 10. 22. Now enter our leveled list FormID or EditorID in Form field under "ArmorLeveledList" memberName. Enter the target basegame leveled list FormID or EditorID in Form field under "TargetLeveledList" memberName. By referring to my article, we can inject into "LL_Armor_Wastelander [LVLI:001BE3F0]" or "LL_Clothes_Underarmor_Wastelander [LVLI:001BE3F1]" or "LL_Clothes_Wastelander [LVLI:001BE3ED]" or "LL_Clothes_Wastelander_No_Hat [LVLI:001C269D]". Here we enter "LL_Armor_Wastelander [LVLI:001BE3F0]" into the Form field under "TargetLeveledList". Set count and level to 1 or delete these two members. 23. Now we have successfully finished one struct, when we load into our game, our script will inject our leveled list into "LL_Armor_Wastelander [LVLI:001BE3F0]". But this is not enough, we want to inject our leveled list into more basegame leveled list. To achieve it, we can create another struct by right clicking the right side of "Array of Struct" and select "Add". 24. Now collapse "Struct #0" and left click the right side of "Struct #0" and drag it to the right side of "Struct #1". In this way we quickly copy the structure into our new struct. 25. Now do the same thing as 22., now we want the target basegame leveled list to be "LL_Clothes_Wastelander [LVLI:001BE3ED]". Enter it in the correct field and set level and count if needed. 26. Repeat 25., we also want to inject into "LL_Clothes_Wastelander_No_Hat [LVLI:001C269D]". We don't want to inject the outfits into "LL_Clothes_Underarmor_Wastelander [LVLI:001BE3F1]" because these outfits are not suitable to spawn with armor pieces. 27. Now we have 3 structs finished, each of which will perform one injection. You can have as many structs as you want, even the same struct if you want a higher spawn chance. 28. We have done all the work and can save our esp file, active it in load order and check it in game. First make sure the notification pops up correctly, and then try to spawn some NPCs to see if our outfits are injected. (Recommended to test on a clean barely modded save after exiting Vault 111). 29. Want to continue with something a bit more advanced? Check this article of mine about "Use All" flag and "Chance None".
  15. Description This article shares some ideas about how to create your "apparel set" by utilizing "Use All" flag in "Leveled Item", as well as utilizing "Chance None" to add more randomness for headwears. I will use the esp we have created by following Guide - Leveled List Injection Quick Start. Use Case For example, we would like to see the helmets in NCR Outfit Pack to only spawn together with NCR clothings. Steps 1. Added a new form under "Leveled Item" entry and set it exactly the same as the image below (except the EditorID). Make sure to check the "Use All" flag only and "Chance None" equal to 0. 2. Create another form under "Leveled Item" entry and in this form we will put the headwears from NCR Outfit Pack we want to inject. If you only want to inject one headwear, then you can either skip this step or also simply put that headwear into this leveled list. Make sure your flag is correct (No "Use All"). 3. Now we back to the leveled list with "Use All" flag that we have created in step 1. We need to add our leveled list of outfit and leveled list of headwears under "Leveled List Entries". Here we set level both to 1, so when this "Use All" leveled list is called, it will always output both outfit and headwear. The count can only be 1 since this leveled list is used for NPC outfits. If you set the level for headwear leveled list to another non-zero value, then when this "Use All" leveled list is called, it will output the outfit with or without headwears depending on actor level. 4. Now we will play with "Chance None" field. If we want our headwear have 75% chance to appear, then simply set the Chance None field under our headwear leveled list to 25. 5. You can also set a "Chance None" inside our headwear leveled list. For example, we set it to 20, which means our headwear leveled list will always have 20% chance to output an empty result whenever it is called. This "Chance None" will be affected by the "Chance None" in step 4. In this case, the final chance for our headwear to spawn is 80%*75%. 6. We can go a bit more deep. We want "Riot Gear Helmet" to spawn less and hence more rare. To achieve it, we can set the "Chance None" under "Riot Gear Helmet" under "Leveled List Entries" of our headwear leveled list. We would like it have 75% chance to not spawn. 7. So to summarize, when our "Use All" leveled list is called, it will output the outfit at 100% chance but headwear at 75% chance. And for the headwear leveled list, if it is successfully called (that is to say 75% chance to be called), it has 80% chance to pick one item from its lists, while 20% chance to pick nothing and output empty. And if the headwear leveled list successfully picks one item from its list (that is to say 80% chance to pick one), each item in its list has 33% chance to be picked (Since there are 3 of them). And if one item has been successfully picked and the item is "Riot Gear Helmet", there is another 75% chance to output an empty one and only 25% chance to successfully output "Riot Gear Helmet". 8. We can inject our "Use All" leveled list to basegame leveled lists or mannually add it, but do be careful that this leveled list contains headwears and you must check the "Caveat" part for each basegame leveled list in my article and make sure the target leveled lists accept outfits that include headwears.
  16. Download G12 - Leveled List Injection Core File.zip Description Simply a script file which manages leveled list injection. In the future, all of my leveled list injection files will require this core file (So I don't need to include this script file in each leveled list injection mod file anymore). Also other fellows if they want to create their own injections. This mod doesn't contain any esp file and will do nothing by itself. Safe to install / uninstall anytime. It supports 3 types of leveled list injection, mostly focused on injecting ARMO (Armor, Accessories or Clothings) forms, but it also works with WEAP or other types of forms. Inject a single ARMO (Armor, Accessories or Clothings) record into selected leveled lists, with a custom level and count. Inject everything inside a FLST (FormID List) into selected leveled lists, with a custom level and count, both applied to all the items in the FormID List unanimously. Inject a LVLI (Leveled Item) record into selected leveled lists, with a custom level and count. This type of injection is the mostly used one, and can extend to more types of forms other than ARMO, such as ALCH, MISC and WEAP. On top of it, this type of injection can also have control over spawning chance, global value reference, object template restrictions and object name overriding. Notes The script only runs when there is at least one esp file calling it upon game start. After it successfully executes, it will never run another time. The leveled list injection by script can't be reverted once it successfully executes, even if you uninstall this mod or other leveled list injection esp files which use the script of this mod. To "revert", the easiest method is to back to a save before the script fires. Credits ablindm4n, DankRafft, GrilledTurkey The WIP guide to create custom leveled list injection is in next page. Guide - Create a custom leveled list injection 1. Tools Requirement FO4Edit (Recommended) or Creation Kit. 2. Detailed Steps 3. Template Plugin G12 Leveled List Injection Template.zip This is a dummy esp file which contains 3 types of leveled list injections mentioned above. Open the esp file in FO4Edit and refer to the 3 records under Quest section. You should copy one of them as a new record into a new esl-flagged esp file, rename the EditorID and custom it by simply changing some forms inside it to the ones as you want. Don't enable this esp file in your load order when you start a game. Only active it from FO4Edit or Creation Kit.

Improved Naming Rules: Optional in FOMOD installation. Requires Equipment and Crafting Overhaul - Redux. This patch improves and expands the Instance Naming Rules (INNR) based on the one from ECO, so the colorswaps, linings, weaves, legendaries will show up in the name dynamically. It is primarily designed for FallUI series but works with other UI mods without problem. Atomic Muscle Expansion: Optional in FOMOD installation. 23. I have uploaded a new version which should fix Vortex FOMOD installation.
  24. I have only tested FOMOD installation with MO2. I will try to see how to fix it with vortex. Hmm, in my end I can open it with Vortex and finish the FOMOD installation. I can't figure out why it might fail to work. But you still can manually install it. The folder "Common" is the mandatory, and then select the esp(s) from "Main Esps" folder. The patches are in "Patches" folder and they are optional. Please ignore what I have post. I thought this thread was for Vanilla Skimpy Clothings. Now I will test vortex with Vanilla Skimpy Armors. I have uploaded a new version. Should fix Vortex FOMOD installation problem I hope.
