[Guide] Refitting for SAM - Shape Atlas for Men

I'm completely new to this and have managed to refit some simple male armors successfully, but any advice on refitting certain female armors? For example, I'm trying to refit https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/41655?tab=description When using the tool to increase the mesh volume, it often results in bloated shapes due to angle and positioning not being the same. Is there a more efficient way to do it then trying to manually shift the vertices around to fit the different body shape?
