This garment changes shape according to the PenisSize value of the SAM.
This can be crafted in the Smithing Forge
BUG :
When you change equipment or change your body shape, the penis will cause microscopic vibrations.
Save the game and turn Skyrim off and on completely to fix it.
Maybe it's due to HDT, but I don't know how to fix this.
Clipping may occur in some body shapes and postures.
This outfit contains body mesh.
When fitted, the Realistic Chubby Body mesh is applied.
If you don't like that, the body slide file is included, so you can refit it yourself.
I did it, so you can do it too.
I didn't know what you would like, so I prepared everything.
